Services
Intake & Assessment
I offer 50-60 minute comprehensive intake and assessment appointments via a secure and confidential tele-health platform. During these appointments, I will ask questions to help both of us better understand what you need and if you feel that I can provide that for you.
If at any point you feel I am not the therapist for you, let me know and I can offer referrals, recommendations, and suggestions so you can get the healing you need.
Committing may seem overwhelming, and that’s OK! Before scheduling an intake and assessment meeting, you are welcome to talk with me during a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
Individual Therapy
After an initial intake and assessment appointment, weekly or every-other-week virtual therapy sessions are scheduled in 55-minute sessions with the aim to (1) develop the therapeutic relationship, (2) increase insight and awareness into your challenges, (3) decrease symptoms or negative coping skills, and (4) develop a long-term mental health self-care plan to prevent slip-ups, setbacks, and relapses.
Family & Couples Therapy
Family and couples virtual therapy sessions are offered in 55 minute increments.
Collaboration
I value communication and collaboration with your other providers, community supports, or any other members of your care team. With your consent, I can work with your support network to ensure continuity of care.

Certain community outreach and support groups are offered as a free service. Contact me for more information.
